PRINCIPAL

Beverley has 27 years of combined administrative, research, and retained search experience at global firms - Korn/Ferry International and Heidrick & Struggles, where she managed assignments in the Global Industrial Practice. 

Beverley developed her specialty in the Automotive sector, supporting successful executive placements with OEMs, Tier 1 and 2 suppliers, as well as new technology start-ups.

& FOUNDER OF THE CAREERLIFECYCLE 

Based in San Francisco, Terry advises investor clients and Boards of Directors on CEO and C-level appointments. 

 Terry conducts CEO and Leadership Assessments that leverage off of his extensive business and executive search experience with VC-backed high growth technology as well as PE-backed companies.

In addition, Terry coaches CEOs and C-level clients as well as leadership teams. Terry also advises and helps individual executives design career strategies to realize their professional and life aspirations.

 SENIOR CLIENT PARTNER 

Based in Chicago, Patrick brings deep expertise across the Consumer and Industrial verticals and advises clients globally with a core focus in consumer products and services, durables, food and beverage, industrial goods, and omnichannel retail. 

Prior to Holden Richardson, Patrick served at Russell Reynolds Associates as a leader within the firm’s Global Consumer Practice and began his career with Whirlpool Corporation and Leo Burnett in corporate finance and strategy.

Matt brings significant experience in executive and mid-level search, with a specialized focus on the sales and marketing functions.  He also has deep expertise in executive level digital transformation recruiting. 

Matt has experience working across a broad range of industries and sectors, though his work was primarily focused on the industrial, consumer, and technology industries.

 CLIENT PARTNER 

The newest member of the team, Joe brings over 9 years of experience in Executive, Professional, and Staffing-level Recruitment. 

For the last 7+ years, Joe has specialized in Food & Beverage, FMCG, Private Equity, and Industrial sectors, placing Middle and Senior-level Leaders with Small-to-Mid-Cap Manufacturing and Distribution businesses. 

Before joining Holden Richardson, Joe served as an Executive Senior Partner at Lucas Group and was part of the Supply Chain Center of Expertise at Korn Ferry, where he enhanced search execution for various talent needs across multiple sectors. He built a reputation as a Top Performer and has received numerous professional awards by employing a consultative, process-oriented approach and prioritizing speed-to-market.

BUSINESS MANAGER 

Jen is responsible for the functioning of the offices and for assuring that processes related to search execution run smoothly. She also provides marketplace intelligence, search execution support and candidate development for the founding partners and is a key liaison to clients and candidates. 

Jen brings a wealth of experience in human capital management, recruitment, organizational development, cultural change, compensation and benefits and performance management. 

BUSINESS MANAGER 

Wanda Pacheco is a Business Manager with Holden Richardson responsible for supporting the Industrial and Automotive team in administrative operations and serving as a key liaison and partner to clients and candidates.

Prior to Holden Richardson, Wanda served as a Business Manager with North Line Partners. Wanda brings over 25 years of administration experience, having worked for several leading international search firms in various practice groups.
